Top railway tanks unloading arm for hydrochloric acid

1. Main rack (riser): supporting element that withstands an overturning moment when the arm is deployed;

2. Arm parking position fixator: locks the arm in parking (non-working) position;

3. Nameplate: contains the information about the arm (serial number, model, operating conditions, etc.);

4. Vapor vent (hose): required for removal of vapors of transported product (if any) from the tank;

5. Swivel pipe: necessary for product feed and responsible for arm moving – horizontal turning;

6. Console pipe: necessary for product feed and responsible for arm moving – vertical lifting and lowering;

7. Spring pad balancing system: console pipe balancing and its easy fixation in a specific position (reduces the force required for personnel to move the arm);

8. Sealing cone: seals the tank throat, prevents splashing and release of product vapors;

9. Level sensor: product level control and protection from overflowing;

10. Drop pipe: required for product feed; dropped directly into the tank, ensuring a sealed no-splash operation;

11. Root flange: connection
