Tank cleaners from oil deposits

These units are used for the removal and recycling of oil deposits accumulated in oil products storage tanks.

The units of company ENCE GmbH include the following assemblies:

• Quantitative measurement equipment assy for leveling oil deposits in a tank. Measurement is made by the hydro acoustic method with displaying the exact picture of the structure and nature of deposits in the tank
• Mechanized cleaner. The system includes equipment to allow access to the tank for oil products as well as oil atomizing pumps and nozzles, screw pumps for pumping out liquid slime
• Tools for mechanical cleaning of tanks, cleaning dozers, scrapers, hydraulic power units, rotary vane pumps for pumping out removed slime

This system does not require the presence of operators in the tank, removes slime quickly and efficiently and has a competitive price. The system does not require any preparatory works (slime loosening, gas-oil introduction, and further removal of gas, necessary procedures for personnel, etc.), and due to this, tank idle time is considerably decreased.

The system allows:

1. To minimize emissions during cleaning
2. To receive refined oil after cleaning and processing
3. To minimize the usage of foreign energy resources for cleaning (water, gas-oil, etc.)

These units can be modified for processing oil slime from earth oil slime storage.
