Company ENCE GmbH carried out a complete delivery in April 2011 and implemented start-up of a recycling compressor for HBG (hydrogen-bearing gas) produced by Sundstrand company on the basis of a diesel hydrotreating unit at Oil/Gas Production Division Elkhovneft — Elkhov oil-processing division (JSC Tatneft).
