Package delivery of top unloading arms for draining sulphuric acid from rail cars at JSC SVYATOGOR

In September 2015 the production and engineering company ENCE GmbH has developed and successfully delivered to JSC SVYATOGOR a set of top unloading arms, diameter 3″, for unloading 93—94% sulfuric acid from rail cars. The main material of a flow part was SS316Ti. The project and complete set included folding ladders and fencing of the working area.

JSC Svyatogor, part of UMMC-holding, is an enterprise with a full technological cycle of producing blister copper.

Later in 2015 ENCE GmbH accomplished the second supply of top unloading arms, diameter 3″, for draining 40% sulfuric acid from rail cars, in accordance with the technical specifications of the customer — JSC SVYATOGOR. Due to the increased corrosion activity of the medium the flow part was made from 1,4563 materials. The supply at JSC SVYATOGOR was also completed with folding ladders and fencing of the working area.
