Within the framework of OAO (JSC) Khabarovski oil-processing plant modernization (OAO NK ALIANS), ENCE GmbH delivered two electric dehydrators EDH-1,2 (oil desalting plants) for the manufacturing division of electric desaltering and dehydrating. In Oct.-Nov. 2010, the specialists from ENCE GmbH have accomplished the commissioning and successful start-up of the dehydrators.
