Flanged immersion electric heaters delivery at JSC LUKOIL

In December 2016 the production and engineering company ENCE GmbH has successfully delivered a set of flanged immersion heating sections with 660 kW capacity to heat the circulating regeneration gas in the hydrocracking complex for the process of deep oil processing at JSC LUKOIL.

Scope of supply including:

• Flanged immersion heaters
• Packing seals
• Cable entry adapters
• Cable ends
• Safety stops
• Power controllers on triode thyristors
• Thermocouple elements TBA type “К” Material 316 SS 6 pcs
• Heating section and coupling box seal gaskets

The housing material of the electric heating tubes is stainless steel 316 SS, tube plate material is steel 304 SS
