    Hot plate marking machine

    1. Description

    • Cantilever along the roller conveyor, 1 carriage for marking head positioning at the roller conveyor center line.
    • A marking head is a dot matrix with seven nozzles
    • Paint: white solvent-based paint
    • Max. plate temperature: 850°C
    • Character number and size: at Customer’s option
    • Max. marking speed: to be defined depending on plate speed and character size (marking during plate conveyance)

    2. Hot plate marking machine consists of:

    • machine (cantilever type),
    • storage and supply unit for feeding paint, compressed air and cooling water into the marking machine,
    • control cabinet for marking machine operation control,
    • a hot plate marking machine is operated by the operator via PC, installed on the control panel,
    • cabling and piping to connect marking machine with the storage unit and control cabinet (approximate length 5m from the marking machine)
    Plate marking machine

    1. Description

    Cantilever along the roller conveyor, 1 carriage for marking and numbering head positioning at the roller conveyor center line. A numbering head travels up and down by means of pneumatic cylinder with side carriage for plate edge marking.

    Top surface plate numbering
    Marking head: needle

    Marking head: inclined nozzle for continuous ink spraying
    Inks: black on white strip
    Max. steel temperature: 100°C
    Number of characters: at Customer’s option
    Max. marking speed: to be defined depending on the size of characters
    Character height: at Customer’s option
